no flavours)<br \/>\n(and yes instant coffee is the choice here, it offers great flavour and smoothness)<br \/>\n1 vanilla bean scraped out<br \/>\n1 cinnamon stick<br \/>\n1\/4 cup dark chocolate cooking chocolate<br \/>\n1 orange peel (no pith only peel)<br \/>\n6 cups of water<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stovetop preparation <\/strong><br \/>\nBoil water, coffee, sugar, cinnamon and chocolate together;
