Matt will be bringing 7 American whiskies and Chef Thien will be serving up a whole roasted pig and a mess of catfish. Matt will be bringing along some new releases as well as a few time honoured classics. How about we add some warm bacon &amp; corn potato salad, collard greens, sweet potato mash and corn bread, then finish of with apple pie topped with bourbon ice cream.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s summer, it&#8217;s a pig roast and there&#8217;s gonna be loads of whiskey.
