Looks like sunshine is on its way this weekend and we’re getting up to 24 degrees by Sunday. Proceeds from this event will benefit:\u00a0Vancouver Firefighter Charities<\/strong>\u00a0SNACKS FOR KIDS<\/strong>\u00a0Program (supplying a daily healthy snack to at-risk Vancouver students)\u00a0PROJECT CHEF<\/strong>\u00a0(teaching inner-city kids to prepare healthy meals), and\u00a0STRATHCONA BACKPACK PROGRAM<\/strong>\u00a0(filling the \u201chunger gap\u201d of the weekend for kids in need)<\/p>\n

Six of BC\u2019s finest chocolatiers will be working alongside their top prot\u00e9g\u00e9s to bring you a unique and delicious bonbons. Judged by some of the top chocolatiers in Vancouver these seven experts will decide who has the best creation. Your judges include:<\/p>\n

In this demonstration style cooking class Peter Ciuffa, of Pasta Boy Peter Inc., provides all the knowledge so you can cook for those you love. Students will learn to make Meatballs in a Mamma Ciuffa style Roman Sauce (a tomato braised meat sauce) as well as the classic Carbonarra.
