Last Minute Ideas For Canada Day<\/h2>\n

Happy Canada Day to you all! It’s a fairly gloomy one here in Vancouver, but we’re not going to let that stop us from enjoying some Canadian Food and getting out to raise a good ol’ glass of Canadian beer, wine or a Canadian-spirit based cocktail or two! Here’s a couple suggestions for you if you happen to need some inspiration.<\/p>\n

2.) Crispy Fraser Valley Duck Wings<\/strong>
\nDitch the knife and fork and grab yourself a napkin!\u00a0 These duck wings have a crispy outside that’s slathered in a sauce composed of brown sugar, fish sauce and sprinkles of cilantro, summoning flavour inspiration from South East Asia. The perfect dish for getting messy and sharing with friends.<\/p>\n

\nFor a fresher take on a sharing dish, our House-Smoked Salmon served\u00a0with golden beets, creme fraiche, maple mustard, fingerling\u00a0chips and dill will not disappoint. Enjoy the beautiful flavour of wild BC salmon with friends as a starter to your meal.<\/p>\n
