What To Do Around Vancouver This Week<\/h2>\n

I can’t believe we’re half way through August! Where did the summer go? I walked outside this morning and it looked like the trees were turning colour, but apparently they are just dried out from lack of water. With no rain in site and temperatures up to 25 degrees this week, that’s not good news for the trees or lawns, but it is good news for those who want to enjoy the outdoors. Here’s a couple things you can do to enjoy the sun and get out of it.<\/p>\n

Disco Dumplings at Burdock With Chef Eva Chin of Royal Dinette – Monday August 13<\/h3>\n

Every Monday, Burdock & Co hosts\u00a0 Disco Dumplings, a night with a savoury dumplings menu, and DJ Chris Allen playing under a disco ball from 8 p.m. til late. On the menu tonight are Chef Eva Chin’s Hawaiian dumpling and as well as the restaurant’s fried chicken, natural wines and beer!<\/p>\n
