There was so much food that I didn&#8217;t even get to try half of the offerings, and it was my cheat meal for the week, so I wasn&#8217;t holding back.<\/p>\n<p><a started with a tasting of legendary whiskies, Old Forester, Woodford Reserve and Jack Daniel\u2019, a trip along the American Whiskey Trail and then the meat was unveiled and the feasting pound whole roasted pig from Gelderman Farms in Abbotsford was on offer as well as a ton of Two Rivers Specialty Meats, including sausages, roast beef, turkey wings, game hens, and pork ribs. Barbarians cannot live by meat alone \u2014 try as they might \u2014 so satisfying sides were be served up, including potato salad, luscious greens and grilled corn on the cob.
