Mushroom Menu showcases such inspired dishes as\u00a0<em>goat &amp;<\/em>\u00a0<em>lamb kromeski,<\/em>\u00a0pickled morels, and tarragon aioli; <em>Vacche Rosse ravioli <\/em>with<em>\u00a0<\/em>mushroom consomm\u00e9, chanterelles, garlic pur\u00e9e, Burgundy truffle, and spruce tip;
