Here, Fairmont Chateau Whistler&#8217;s\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/fairmont.us13.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=6a7f095b4043b1ab10421780c&amp;id=4b01938804&amp;e=3aa6ad6086\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Grill Room<\/a>\u00a0took home silver in the Best Whistler Restaurant category. Meanwhile Chef Bendig, with 17 years of experience including former George Brown chef instructor, oversees the kitchen operation of the award-winning Grill Room.
