The VCC Culinary Arts Students, under the guidance or Chef Hamid Salimian, cook dinner three nights a week during the summer, up until July 17 at the VCC&#8217;s Chef&#8217;s Table. It&#8217;s exciting to meet the next generation of chefs as, once you sample this dinner, you&#8217;ll know these students are going places. It&#8217;s a must do this summer, for anyone who enjoys good food, and the wine pairings are a bonus.<\/p>\n<p><a
