\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The <strong>Italian Chamber of Commerce in Canada\u2013West<\/strong>, will welcome a delegation of chefs and food companies from Italy for a series of events dedicated to the promotion of Italian culinary traditions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A masterclass event dedicated to Canadian food importers, culinary students will be held on <\/strong>November 19th led by Chef Luca Malacrida (Captain Chef of the National APCI Team), Chef Giorgio Perin (Coach Chef of the National APCI Team), and <strong>Chef Pino Posteraro <\/strong>(<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cioppinosyaletown.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Cioppino\u2019s Restaurant<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>On November 18th the visiting Italian food companies: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.olitalia.com\"><strong>Olitalia<\/strong><\/a><strong>, <\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.lamolisana.it\"><strong>Molisana<\/strong><\/a><strong>, <\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.mulinocaputo.it\"><strong>Mulino Caputo<\/strong><\/a><strong>, <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cornarea.com\"><strong>Cantina Cornarea<\/strong><\/a><strong>, <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tapperomerlo.it\"><strong>Cantina Tappero<\/strong><\/a><strong>, <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pertinace.com\"><strong>Cantina Pertinace<\/strong><\/a><strong>, <\/strong><a
