Award-winning restaurant group Kitchen Table<\/a> adds another member to its growing family (Ask For Luigi<\/strong>, Di Beppe<\/strong>, Farina a Legna<\/strong>, Pastificio di Luigi<\/strong>, Pizzeria Farina<\/strong>, Pourhouse<\/strong>) when it officially reopens the doors of giovane caf\u00e9<\/a> in the Fairmont Pacific Rim Hotel,\u00a0Friday,\u00a0August 28<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\"Giovane<\/a><\/p>\n

Operating as a pop-up until the current climate stabilizes and Kitchen Table is able to renovate and unveil a reimagined concept, the new iteration of giovane offers a multifaceted space featuring a caf\u00e9, market and counter-service restaurant that will also be the temporary home for Pastificio di Luigi<\/a> (\u2018Luigi\u2019s Pasta Factory\u2019), which relocates from its former location in Pourhouse<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Open from early morning to late night, giovane offers grab-and-go sandwiches, salads, pastries, espresso-based beverages \u2014 courtesy of the first Victoria Arduino \u2018Eagle One\u2019 espresso machine in North America \u2014 as well as Italian wine and bottled cocktails, Pastificio\u2019s fresh and dry pasta and handmade sauces, Italian specialty ingredients in addition to cookbooks and pasta-making tools for the at-home chef.<\/p>\n
