Since 1983, Michel Jacob has showcased the best of French cuisine, using both French and West coast ingredients, to serve France\u2019s and Alsace\u2019s classics. A hall mark of unswerving consistency and a testament to customer loyalty that best defines his success.<\/p>\n<p>Le Crocodile remains one of the city\u2019s most acclaimed and visited restaurants, both for the public personalities and with the same dedication for the average Jane and Joe, or rather, \u201cJeanne and Jean\u201d, being a pillar to the French community too.<\/p>\n<p>Further to being an Ambassador for French gastronomy, Michel Jacob has also been a mentor to some of the city\u2019s best-known Chefs. Ocean Wise\u2019s Ned Bell once said: \u201cGetting my apprenticeship at Le Crocodile was like going to Harvard\u201d.
