With impacts of COVID-19 pandemic continuing, Chefs\u2019 Table Society has expanded how the organization connects with the chef and food community in BC. CTS partnered with Cacao-Barry, Chez Christophe and Legends Haul to provide a sweet experience that supports the non-profit organization\u2019s long-term goal of building the <a href=\"https:\/\/chefstablesociety.us4.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=245800ee6187ec5a0f2945318&amp;id=c5f399dfb8&amp;e=cf3fd24413\">CTS Culinary Library<\/a>. The CTS is excited to launch their very first chocolate bar which is now available for purchase online via <a href=\"https:\/\/chefstablesociety.us4.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=245800ee6187ec5a0f2945318&amp;id=8bbf1ab3df&amp;e=cf3fd24413\">Legends Haul<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Proceeds of the bar will help to bring the restaurant industry together at Cooks\u2019 Camp 2021 where participants will discuss ways to improve the industry, find new ways to collaborate, and to learn together. The chocolate bar, produced with the help of Chez Christophe and a chocolate donation from Cacao-Barry, is 35% Chocolate Blanc Caramel: smooth and subtly sweet with caramel notes. Great for sharing, nibbling or enjoying by yourself for only $9.95. And the best part is the bars are delivered right to your door!<\/p>\n<p>Only 500 bars produced means these are a speciality\u00a0item for that chocolate lover in your life and Valentine\u2019s Day is coming up!
