Statistics say most adults spend six hours a day in front of a screen, but I&#8217;d say they&#8217;ve low balled that one.\u00a0 I&#8217;ve felt this impact my health on many levels, I try to get up and stretch and head to the chiropractor every so often to conquer back pain, and head out for a quick walk to clear my mind and stay fresh. They&#8217;ve impacted 42 countries around the world and donated more than 470,000 pairs of glasses. They also give children ten and under a free pair of kids&#8217; glasses.
