Bruno Restaurant is ringing in the spring season with fresh fare from British Columbia\u2019s bountiful fields and coast. From a weekend seafood brunch to the new dinner menu, there are now a few more reasons to pull up a seat at this vibrant new Greater Vancouver venue. More restaurant news.<\/a><\/p>\n

Weekend Seafood Brunch<\/strong>
\nBrunch enthusiasts and seafood lovers need to rush to Bruno Restaurant for their weekly seafood brunch. Tuck into elevated spins on classic dishes, like the delectable Salmon Lobster Benny<\/strong> and Pistachio Mascarpone Liege Waffles<\/strong> alongside a spread of Ocean Wise<\/a><\/strong> seafood staples like marinated mussels and clams, wild pink scallops, and prawn cocktail. Take the experience up a notch with delicious add-ons like Jean Louis Cuvee, Taittinger Champagne<\/strong> and Northern Divine Caviar.<\/strong> Take advantage of Bruno\u2019s 8-course brunch menu every Saturday and Sunday from 11 am until 2:30 pm for $59 per person. <\/p>\n

\nExecutive Chef William Lew<\/strong> keeps the menu fresh with bold and intricate seasonal additions like Spring Vegetable Farro Verde, Forno Roasted Branzino, and Spiced Lamb Pappardelle<\/strong>. Bruno Restaurant has show-stopping dish for the season is the Bone-in Ribeye Crab Oscar<\/strong>, featuring Angus Reserve beef and fresh crab meat with bearnaise sauce and homemade red wine jus as the perfect share-style dish for four. Sweeter yet, inventive new desserts like the Strawberry Cheesecake Pavlova, Limoncello Tiramisu, and Hazelnut Bavarois<\/strong> will convince diners to save room for the final course.<\/p>\n

\u201cLike always, the goal is to source locally and to take advantage of all of the fresh, sustainable ingredients in the province,\u201d says Chef Lew. \u201cSpring is the most exciting season for us at Bruno because it\u2019s harvest season. Our new dishes are infused with fresh ingredients like cherry tomatoes, fava beans, fennel, and more, grown on our farm on Cortes Island.\u201d<\/p>\n
