Get Wild!\u00a0 Join the Chefs\u2019 Table Society of BC (CTS)<\/a> and the BC Salmon Marketing Council<\/a> at 6:30 pm on Saturday, August 27, 2022, to celebrate iconic wild BC salmon, and our fishers and chefs.<\/p>\n

At just $75, tickets<\/a> won\u2019t last!<\/strong><\/p>\n

During the event, guests will interact with the chefs, and learn about how they prepared their sockeye salmon dishes. Banter will be strictly encouraged!<\/p>\n

Guests will enjoy the eight food stations and BC wines and beers at False Creek Fishermen\u2019s Wharf in Vancouver \u2014 just west of Granville Island \u2014 to celebrate the premium, sustainable seafood that is wild BC salmon.<\/p>\n

This celebration supports wild BC salmon, commercial fishers, and a healthy seafood choice. It\u2019s important to showcase the versatility of salmon and the resilience of both the fishery and fishers.<\/p>\n

Tickets for the dinner are $75.00 per person (plus tax and service fee) and include a delicious tasting menu consisting of eight salmon dishes, samples of BC wine and beer, as well as a confection to end the night. Guests will be entertained by the Don Hardy Quartet and, of course, the spectacular view of our working harbour.<\/p>\n
