From Farms to Forks pair many of the province\u2019s most outstanding chefs with B.C.&#8217;s finest growers and producers. Hosted in the dining room and teaching kitchens of the <a href=\"https:\/\/growingchefs.us1.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=2dea18dd97543797989b1a9c8&amp;id=279c124ad9&amp;e=611d27beba\">Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts<\/a>, guests watch the chefs in action, meet the growers, and enjoy delicious tasting plates* &#8211; each paired with a different wine from <a href=\"https:\/\/growingchefs.us1.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=2dea18dd97543797989b1a9c8&amp;id=9461b17cb5&amp;e=611d27beba\">Mission Hill Family Estate Winery<\/a>. This year&#8217;s <strong>seated<\/strong> event includes an in-person silent and live auction for event attendees and an online auction and raffle open to all our supporters.<\/p>\n<p>The aim is to raise <strong>$75,000<\/strong> for Growing Chefs&#8217; edible education programming and initiatives to support B.C. kids and their families throughout the current school year.<\/p>\n<p>Many tasting dishes will have a vegetarian alternative; however, the food may not be suitable for those who choose to eat vegan or have severe allergies.
