Over a year in the making, the series’ six episodes take you on a voyage through remote destinations across the B.C. coast, highlighting how B.C. spot prawns, salmon, crab, geoduck, sablefish, and tuna are harvested. You\u2019ll also be treated to tips by top chefs on how to shop for, and prepare these products, and which B.C. wines to pair them with.<\/p>\n
