Vancouver.&nbsp; Many events do not have enough women chefs and when I initially saw the lineup, I got involved to rally some women to participate and now we have way better representation. I&#8217;ll be there at Performance Arts on April 15 with the Les Dames d&#8217;Escoffier table talking about what Dames are and what we do.
