Provence Marinaside Two Course Daily “Quelle Suprise”<\/h2>\n

We are fresh off testing the new delights at Provence Marinaside with their new menu, called Quelle Surprise and it is a fantastic deal full of delicious items.<\/p>\n

Province Marinaside presents Quelle Suprise – Owner\/Chef Jean-Francis Quaglia is sharing his native French dishes with diners in a unique format that Provence is calling \u2018Quelle Surprise\u2019<\/strong> (\u2018What a Surprise\u2019). This special food feature, which will be available only until April 15, 2023<\/strong>, is value-priced at $49 for two courses<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

What exactly is \u2018Quelle Surprise\u2019<\/strong>? Each morning Chef Jean-Francis, and his Chef Team, will make a limited number of dishes from a rotating assortment of bistro favourites listed below. \u201cSome days we\u2019ll make a dozen orders of a particular Appy and Main and other days, depending on the availability of ingredients and what inspires us, we might make two dozen, or only ten,\u201d says Chef Quaglia. \u2018I won\u2019t know until that day what we\u2019ll make or how many. So, it could be Os \u00e0 Moelle<\/strong> (Roasted Bone Marrow) and Canard Confit <\/strong>(Duck Confit) one day or Soupe aux Oignons<\/strong> (French Onion Soup) and Daube de Boeuf<\/strong><\/a> (Proven\u00e7al Beef Stew) the next. There\u2019s no set order for what dishes we will make, how often they\u2019ll be presented or how many will be available each day. I think it\u2019s a fun way to keep things fresh and the kitchen brigade gets to make things not normally on the menu.<\/p>\n

There will also be a few wine ‘surprises.’ According to Wine Director Joshua Carlson, “I have a few bottles in one’s and two’s that I’ll open depending on what food surprises there are that day. There will also be a sommelier recommendation for each of the dishes available by the glass. Each glass will be value-driven, French, and limited in availability.”<\/p>\n

Quelle Surprise<\/strong> will be offered in addition to Provence\u2019s regular lunch and dinner menu. The server will inform guests at the table what the \u2018Surprise\u2019 of the day will be. Once that day\u2019s set of dishes is gone, they\u2019re gone.<\/p>\n
