The event will carry on the tradition of delivering an eye-opening expo with educational sessions for its attendees. The event is presented by the Baking Association of Canada. Media partner <em>Bakers Journal<\/em> will be in attendance moderating the educational program and overseeing baking and pizza demonstration stages.<\/p>\n<p>In July 2021 the Baking Association of Canada partnered with Annex Business Media Inc., publisher of <em>Bakers Journal,<\/em> to manage Bakery Showcase. Canada\u2019s largest baking trade industry expo, Bakery Showcase, as a multi-year agreement.
