From established producers like Quails Gate Estate Winery to newish kids on the block like Daniel Bontorin\u2019s Bottega Wine Studio in the Similkameen Valley, the offerings and styles might leave you wondering how to find the perfect sip.  It’s a tough job to pick <\/span>BC’s Best Ros\u00e9s!<\/p>\n

What to look for in a rose? Considering Provencal Ros\u00e9 is the crowned Queen, the BC wine list shrinks to only these elegant styles that cost more than $20, which, for some, is sacrilege. It\u2019s the opposite of the \u201cBarbie\u201d pink that popped last summer. No, this is soft and sheer, with delicate and inviting flavours. If you find a keeper, stock up and enjoy the rest of your summer, sipping discreetly while wearing a Sharon Stone birthday suit and painting on canvas.
