For Il Cappello, they\u2019ve teamed up with <strong>Culinary Director Chef Pino Posteraro<\/strong> (of Cioppino\u2019s Mediterranean Grill fame) and <strong>Head Chef Daniele Navarria<\/strong>, a Sicilian native who\u2019s cooked in some of London\u2019s finest kitchens, including <em>The Clove Club<\/em> and <em>Le Gavroche<\/em>.
