This Salted Caramel Scotch Ale is not surprisingly full of caramel, dried fig and malt flavours and a definite sweetness and mild saltiness.  Lots of buttered caramel on the nose with coffee, vanilla and a marked toastiness.  A good sip for the holiday season and would work well with a nice creme caramel or pumpkin…
