Dining out at Romer’s never leaves you with an over the top bill (unless you are really ordering up the drinks) and their burgers are well loved throughout the year.  However during Dineout Vancouver they’ve gone all out and fa 3 course dinner can be had for $18 and I guarantee you leave severely satiated….
