This bold red is sourced from the Black Sage Bench in the Okanagan Valley, a spot well known for superior production of Cab Sauv.  Blackberry, plum, tobacco leaf and cigar box notes.  Tannins have softened.  Ready to drink with a big juicy steak, or mini steak burger (perhaps Morton’s filet mignon?).  Available in private liquor stores.
