Carrotmob – The Cascade Room

This is it! The Carrotmob is on, and we are mobbing The Cascade Room with a fabulous “Buycott” in return for going green!

All you have to do, the ONLY thing, is to come down to The Cascade Room on Wednesday JUNE 27th and purchase something – perhaps their cleverly crafted culinary creations or custom cocktails – and EVERY SINGLE DOLLAR spent that Wednesday will be put towards improving the energy efficiency of that shop!

So what is The Cascade Room offering in return for a mob of customers Carrotmob style?
- Replacing their current dishwashers with new energy star models
- Getting an oil filtration system to cut deep-fryer oil use in half while prolonging equipment life (www.vitooil.com)
- Starting an “ask for water” policy to avoid wasting our most valuable resource
- Implementing a composting system to eliminate waste from ending up in a landfill.
