Written and directed by multidisciplinary artist Robert Lepage, TOTEM is an uplifting array of athleticism, comedy, heartfelt emotions and sublime visual effects brought to the stage by a cast of 45 acrobats, actors, musicians and singers.

With scenes from the story of evolution randomly linked together in a chain, TOTEM traces humankind`s fascinating journey – from its original amphibian state to its ultimate desire to fly. Somewhere between science and legend, it also explores the ties that bind Man to other species, his dreams and his infinite potential.

TOTEM-QUEBEC
