What’s Good this Week September 22 Edition

What To Fall Into This Week in Vancouver

First day of fall today and not only are there new seasonal items to add to my instastories, but there are so many fall things to eat around the city. This week certainly felt like fall, and it rained like crazy off and on, but that didn’t stop our Les Dames d’Escoffier from pulling off a stellar culinary garage sale, or for our media group heading out for a great trip to  Abbotsford for craft beer, tasty farm food, local wine and helicopter rides! I got a few new and inspiring cookbooks, including Ned Bell’s stunningly designed and photographed, LURE, so I know that’ll motivate us to do a bit more cooking at home, but there’s also so many reasons to head out. I’ll report on the cookbooks soon and adventures soon, but in the meantime I’m thinking it’s a good thing I got my roots coloured this week as there are oh so many reasons to get out and I’ll need to look my best. Enjoy the week folks!
