The Vancouver Club, in partnership with Barbara Jo and Barbara Jo’s Books to Cooks, have invited Guest Chefs from across Canada, cookbook authors and up-and-coming culinary stars to prepare a 7 course menu with wine pairings for your enjoyment. Special guests include the Food Network’s Laura Calder, author of ‘French Food at Home’; Jennifer McLagan author of award winning cookbooks ‘Fat’ ‘and Bones’; Jennifer Dodd, Excutive Chef at Edible Canada on Granville Island; Food Network Host Bal Arneson, author ‘Everyday Indian’; Andrea Carlson of Bishops Restaurant; the Vancouver Club’s own fabulous Pastry Chef, Lisa Perkins. Sommeliers DJ Kearney and Martha McAvity will select the wine pairings for this amazing one-of-a kind dinner.
