Visit Township 7 in Langley on Sunday October 23 to help bring in the 2011 harvest and pick Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Merlot grapes. Attendees will be rewarded with a harvest lunch. Picking will take place 9:30am to 1:00pm (rain or shine); please dress accordingly – and bring a pair of pruners, if you have them. RSVP to gail@township7.com.

On Sunday October 30, Township 7 hosts their annual grape stomp – stomping is from noon to 5:00pm, with competition (teams welcome) from 2:00 to 3:00pm. Admission for this event is by donation in support of Critter Care Wildlife Society. Pack a picnic lunch, or charcuterie can be purchased. Costumes are encouraged.
