Ladies and Gentlemen; the time has finally come to answer the age-old question that haunts us day and night. Beer or Wine? Grain or Grape? Cicerone or Sommelier?
Boneta owner and wine aficionado Neil Ingram will pit his beloved grape against Chester Carey of Brewery Creek Liquor Store and his adored malt in the arena that we call Boneta. Chef Jason Leizert has created a 5-course menu to put this dispute to bed once and for all. Each course will see one wine and one beer paired with Boneta’s award winning food. You get to be the judge! Time for the heavyweights to step into the ring – Ding, Ding, Ding….
