The Central Okanagan also has a new winery restaurant to celebrate. Bonitas Winery in Summerland opened Bonitas Bistro in early summer.

Bonitas Bistro promises to offer a unique winery dining experience, while enjoying our fantastic lakeshore views overlooking the vines. Owned and operated by chef Colin Rayner, who was formerly with the Minstral Café and Bermuda and managed by Steven Greekas, Bonitas Bistro offers an extraordinary patio with an exceptional view of the lake and inside seating with the same exceptional view. The restaurant has a good variety of menu items, from a shrimp bruschetta to a beet and orange salad. It is open for lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and will be open for dinner soon.
