Restaurateur Harry Kambolis is pleased to announce the arrival of a new addition to his restaurant and hospitality brood, a new souvlaki cart. His first foray into street food, a souvlaki cart at Granville and Georgia, has been a massive hit, serving chicken and lamb souvlaki in perfectly grilled, lightly-salted pita to the denizens of downtown. It only made sense to open another one, and expand the Nu Greek brand. The new cart is at Howe and Dunsmuir. Break out the cigars.
