On Tuesday, September 13 we’re so happy to have back Chef Todd Bright, of Wild Rice Restaurant, for a second year in a row. Last year’s modern Chinese dinner was such a delicious success, we were delighted when Chef Bright agreed to join us again. Wild Rice is known as a socially conscious restaurant serving local cuisine with influences from owner Andrew Wong’s Chinese heritage. The food is a blend of yin and yang, east and west, traditional and modern. Chef Todd Bright’s style reflects his passionate commitment to working sustainably with local ingredients while never compromising on quality and flavour.
