Whistler, B.C. – A limited number of seats are still available for Pemberton’s first Outstanding in the Field event on Saturday, July 18th at the majestic North Arm Farm. Outstanding in the Field is the wildly successful roving culinary adventure that travels North America during the harvest season, celebrating food at the source.
Following a welcome reception and guided tour hosted by North Arm Farm’s Jordan Sturdy, Araxi’s executive chef James Walt will present a five course menu exemplifying fine seasonal ingredients–from the terroir of the Pemberton Valley and the meroir of the Pacific Ocean–each paired with wines provided by leading British Columbia producers, LaStella and Paradise Ranch.
Rasoul Salehi, Director of LaStella and Le Vieux Pin wineries, will be in attendance to introduce the wines for each course, providing commentary about the wines, vineyards and winemaking processes.
