An Interactive Tasting of the award winning Howe Sound Brewing Company’s beers – with a twist!
…in classic Kitsilano Daily Style we will be shopping the local markets on Mar 19th and buying the ‘best of the best’ local produce, meats and seafood available. Sustainable, local and organic whenever possible. A six course Culinary Adventure will be created using beer in each dish and pairing each course with beers, ales and lagers from Howe Sound Brewing Company.
Because we do not believe in staunch rules at Kits Daily we will be featuring a few non-traditional pairings, which may include artisanal sake, local wines and local spirits.
These events are interactive, loud and involve participation. Consider it an advanced food and wine event and be prepared. Do not drive to the event and wear clothing that may get damaged if a cask of beer explodes or other similar events occur.
