Turn the lights off at home and join us for a candlelight, low-impact dinner at the Lobby Restaurant & Lounge in the Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier.  In addition to our regular menu we’ll offer a special environmentally conscious “Earth Hour local BC sushi platter” of albacore tuna & sockeye salmon sashimi spot prawn nigiri, Dungeness crab and cucumber inside out roll with mango & tobiko served alongside organic greens with baby shrimp fresh lemon and sesame soya vinaigrette for  $19.95 + tax.  This special Earth Hour feature will be available throughout the evening from 5:00pm. We’ll be turning off all non-essential lights and enjoying a candlelight experience from 8:30pm – 9:30pm. Hotel guests are invited to join us in the restaurant and our front desk will have plenty of extra candles available should any guest wish to take part by turning their lights off in their guest rooms.
