From 100 per cent Marlborough Fruit this pale yellow wine has aromas of grass, gooseberries, citrus and tropical fruit. On the palate the wine has concentrated tropical notes, citrus, minerality and noticeable but balanced acidity. It’s a richer style of Sauv Blanc produced with lees stiring. I love pairing with oysters, grilled scallops and ceviche, or sipping solo thinking of the ripening vineyards.
