These beverages are personal favorites from my recipes, all created in the influences of great chefs like Nico Schuermans and great winemakers like Tom Dibello. The Dark Lager is a true german Schwarzbier inspired by visits to the Bavarian tent at the 2010 Olympics and one of the best beers I have ever made, so I am keen to share this new recipe with you paired with some nice rustic food.
This outstanding four course menu has been specially created for this long table dinner and will feature superb local ingredients, expertly and creatively prepared by Chef Kirk and General Manager Graham Racich to match the wine and beer selections for the evening.
I will be on hand for the dinner to enjoy your company and enjoy some of Kirk’s great food.
