Fat Dragon Showcases Local Aquatic Bounty at the First-Ever Shellfish Mania Dinner
Fat Dragon Bar-B-Q to host Shellfish Mania on November 21, 2012. Chef de Cuisine Adam Johnson will prepare a monster of a meal showcasing local shellfish. This family style feast will feature oysters, crab, clams, scallops, mussels and shrimp with a touch of smoke and Asian spice to be served at communal tables. The dinner will include a glass of cask-conditioned Oyster Stout, prepared by R&B Brewing Co. Head Brewer Todd Graham and a glass of Orchard Hill Estate “Red Roof” Cider. Tickets are $55 (includes tax, gratuity and beverage pairings) and must be purchased in advance.
