The courses begin with a Mizuna Salad with Pickled Chanterelles in Roasted Garlic Cider Vinaigrette followed by a prime cut of Dry Aged Alberta AAA Beef Tenderloin and a Half Lobster, served with Autumn Squash, Kale, Fingerling Potatoes and Red Wine Sauce. To finish be treated with a Caramelized Lemon Tart with Currant Espuma and Concentrated Blackberry. Our wine savvy dining room staffs are happy to recommend wines to pair perfectly with each course.
