Chef Montgomery Lau will be cooking up a storm during his live cooking demo. Each Sunday at noon, our Chef will pick products from that day’s market to create a special dish for the crowd to sample.
Come sip, sample, savour and shop in the hotel’s plaza, then head up to MARKET by Jean-Georges for a special three-course brunch menu, eated using items from each Sunday’s vendors. Brunch is available for $29 (plus tax) per person.
