A BIG Reason for a Night Out
Mentoring starts something BIG in our communities. Mentoring can put girls on the right path, help them make positive decisions, stay in school, and believe in themselves. The annual Big Sisters Gala, presented by Silver Wheaton, will be held on Thursday, September 19th at the Fairmont Pacific Rim. Big Sisters of BC Lower Mainland is hoping to raise $210,000 for its three mentoring programs that support vulnerable girls throughout Greater Vancouver.
Hosted by Arran Henn (103.5 QM/FM) and Fred Lee, the Big Sisters Gala will feature a champagne reception, a three course dinner, huge silent auction, entertainment by Black Gardenia, and inspiring testimonials of mentoring.
