Friday, September 27th
On Friday evening, join us at one of several Salt Spring Restaurants for Wine Maker’s Dinners where the talent of chefs will combine with locally produce ingredients in a wine maker’s inspired menu.
Saturday, September 28th
Your culinary adventure continues on Saturday starting at 9 am with the Famous Salt Spring Saturday Market, where everything is grown, harvested, created and made on Salt Spring Island.
In Ganges on Saturday afternoon beginning at 1 pm, a Salt Spring orchard will be transformed into a fabulous Grazing Experience as visitors will sip fine wines from BC and savour samples of delicious local and regional foods selected to pair with the wines, prepared by local chefs.
Sunday, September 29th
As a bonus to your Sip & Savour Salt Spring weekend, stay and enjoy the 15th Annual Salt Spring Apple Festival taking place on Sunday. Tour various farms and attend the main event at Fulford Hall.
