Pidgin invites you to sip and savour their exclusive Yamagata Masamune Sake Tasting Menu on September 24th at 6:30PM. Hosted by owner and master sakemaker of Mitobe Sake Brewery, Tomonobu Mitobe will guide diners on a journey through the flavours and aromas of the Yamagata Masamune Sake collection while executive chef Makoto Ono pairs the drinks with a five-course menu complete with amuse bouche and dessert.
