Parent company, Greenscape Capital Group Inc. will manage the product line moving forward. The Initial Public Offering (IPO) takes place on Friday, October 23, 2009.

The announcement marks the IPO of Canada’s first company solely focused on operating a broad spectrum of green consumer segments including: COP, Lela Designs and Open Sundaes. Greenscape is dedicated to creating businesses that participate in the highly publicized Green Capital movement recently announced by Vancouver Mayor Gregor Robertson. Harry Kambolis, owner of C Restaurant, Raincity Grill and nu restaurant + lounge, will sit on the Board of Directors for Greenscape. Kambolis is sure to bring a wealth of creativity and business acumen to Greenscape. He will be instrumental in guiding strategy based on his track record of success in identifying eco-luxury trends at early but growing stages of market penetration. “I are committed to promoting sustainability in Vancouver and beyond. This is a project that I am immensely proud to be a part of,” says Kambolis.

Harry has entrusted the daily operations of COP to Shannon Ronalds. The pair has enjoyed a long business relationship dating back to 1998 when Ronalds consulted during the opening of C Restaurant and on various projects since. Sharing in Harry’s vision to create an all-natural specialty food line with a strong focus on sustainability, Shannon is looking forward to expanding the company internationally during the next year.
