We recently celebrated Lunar New Year with dim sum and sipped on this wonderfully paired Haywire Lunar Red. Made from Gamay Noir grapes and a touch of  Syrah, this wine has aromas of plum and raspberry along with some chocolate and spice. On the palate there is jammy raspberry and red currant flavours along with soft tannins, spice and juicy acidity.
