Tea Gastronomy Experience | A 5-Course Tasting & Pairing Menu
You may have had afternoon tea, but have you dined on a complete tea-infused dinner menu? At the Urban Tea Merchant this month during the Dine Out Vancouver Festival chefs infuse each dish of the tasting menu with intense teas.
With a Tea Sommelier on hand, the collection of TWG Tea’s fine teas are paired with each of the five-course dishes. Begin and end with a Tea-Infused Cocktail and continue on with tea pairings for each course.
We made our way through the exquisitely presented menu last Friday evening and loved the tea-infused French Press that began the experience and all that followed. Don’t miss out on this one!
