HEART FELT THANKS TO CHEF BERNARD & BONNIE CASAVANT
As many of you know, Chef Bernard Casavant has been at the helm of the Sonora Room Restaurant for the past 3 years. Chef Bernard and his lovely wife Bonnie have decided to embrace new opportunities and December 19th, 2009 will therefore be their last day at Burrowing Owl. The Wyse Family wishes to extend our heartfelt thanks to Chef and Bonnie for providing exceptional cuisine, impeccable service and an outstanding experience to all of our guests that they have served over the past 3 years. Chef & Bonnie – you will be missed! Also, the Wyse Family would like to extend warm and sincere thanks to Yvonne Ouwerkerk who has operated as the Restaurant Manager under the leadership and direction of Chef and Bonnie.
